EdCo’s student leadership programs empower students to develop their voice, build confidence, and engage meaningfully with the world around them. Through immersive learning experiences, leadership conferences, mentorship programs, and civic-focused opportunities, students connect classroom learning to real-world challenges. Our programs are designed to cultivate empathy, responsibility, and the skills students need to lead with purpose in their schools and communities.

Conferences and Events

EdCo brings students from across Western New York together to learn, connect, and lead through conferences and events focused on leadership, belonging, and positive change. Programs such as the Youth Action Conference and Nichols Inclusivity Conference give students opportunities to explore important issues, engage with diverse perspectives, build relationships across schools, and turn ideas into action. These shared experiences empower students to strengthen their voices and become thoughtful, engaged leaders in their schools and communities.
