EdCo Affinity Groups bring together professionals from across our member schools who share similar roles, responsibilities, and challenges. These groups create a trusted space for colleagues to connect, exchange ideas, share resources, and work together to develop solutions to common challenges.
Rather than navigating challenges alone, Affinity Groups tap into the collective knowledge and experience of the EdCo community.

EdCo currently facilitates groups for:

Additional groups may be created based on the interests and needs of EdCo member schools.
More Than Networking
Affinity Groups are designed to be working communities.
Throughout the year, participants identify common challenges, explore promising practices, share resources, and look for opportunities to develop collaborative solutions.
A group might explore questions such as:
What tools or services could our schools share?
How are other schools approaching a challenge we're facing?
Could we solve this more effectively together than individually?
The goal is simple: turn conversation into action.
What to Expect
Affinity Groups typically meet 3–4 times throughout the school year, with meetings lasting approximately one hour.
Sessions may include:
- Peer discussion and problem-solving
- Sharing successful practices and resources
- Guest experts and community partners
- Collaborative projects
- Exploration of shared services or purchasing opportunities
- Development of solutions to challenges identified by the group
Meeting topics are shaped by the participants, ensuring that conversations remain relevant to the needs of our schools.
