Emerging Teachers Institute (ETI)
The Emerging Teachers Institute (ETI) is a year-long professional learning and instructional coaching program designed to support new, emerging, and experienced educators. Through individualized coaching, collaborative gatherings, classroom-based support, and reflection, ETI helps educators strengthen their instructional practice while building a supportive community of peers.
ETI provides a confidential, non-evaluative environment where teachers can take risks, explore new strategies, and grow as reflective practitioners.
Collaborative & Affinity Groups
Some of the most valuable professional learning happens when colleagues have the opportunity to learn from one another. EdCo brings together educators and school professionals with similar roles and responsibilities through Affinity and Collaborative Groups.
These groups connect colleagues across EdCo schools to share ideas, discuss common challenges, exchange resources, and identify opportunities to work together. Groups include school leaders and professionals working in areas such as admissions, development, finance, guidance, and other areas of school life.
Kinvera
Kinvera expands EdCo's professional learning community beyond traditional workshops and meetings by providing a flexible online environment where educators can connect, share, and grow.
Through Kinvera, educators can access learning when and where it works for them, while educators, schools, nonprofits, and community partners can share their knowledge and expertise with others. The platform allows EdCo to expand access to high-quality professional learning and create a growing community where educators are not only learners—but also contributors and creators.
Together, ETI, EdCo’s collaborative groups, and Kinvera create a professional learning ecosystem built around a simple idea: educators are stronger when they have opportunities to learn with and from one another.
