Mount St. Mary Academy, an all-girls Catholic high school in Buffalo, NY serving grades 9-12, is seeking a full-time Director of Institutional Advancement for the 2024-2025 school year. This position requires occasional evening and weekend availability. It is a twelve month position. As the lead for the Development team, the Director of Institutional Advancement will support the mission and philosophy of Mount St. Mary Academy and be responsible for meeting the Academy's fundraising goals and objectives as outlined in the Academy's strategic plan. This role spearheads key development initiatives in fundraising, specifically with cultivating donor relationships, laying the foundation for a centennial campaign, and securing major gifts. In addition, the Director will work to promote the school to and create a positive rapport with all key stakeholders. The successful candidate must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. The Director of Institutional Advancement must be well organized, a strong manager, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Director will oversee two full-time staff members. The salary range for this position at Mount St. Mary Academy is $45,000 - $60,000, based on professional experience and job responsibility. Additional financial incentives may be awarded based on job performance metrics. This salary range is made in good faith and believed to be true at the time of posting.
