BTI will provide new and emerging teachers in EdCo schools with instructional strategies, general and content specific resources, as well as practical tools to meet teaching challenges experienced both in and outside the classroom.
A summer program, monthly workshops, and a *tiered level of instructional coaching will be
offered to participants.
All training will be conducted through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens to benefit both
students and teachers.

Completion of an application does not guarantee participation. Spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served and needs-based basis. In addition to the application, an interview will be conducted to determine where each applicant falls in the *tiered coaching plan.
