Discover the Jingdezhen,China - Art, Language, and Culture Camp

Experience an unforgettable cultural and creative journey through the Jingdezhen, China Art Camp, a signature program offered by The Education Collaborative of Western New York (EdCo) in partnership with the Lewiston-Porter Central School District.  Located in the world-renowned porcelain capital of Jingdezhen, China, this immersive program invites students to explore the intersection of art, culture, and science. Participants will work side by side with master artisans, visit ancient kilns, and create original ceramic works in professional studios—all while gaining a deeper appreciation for global artistic traditions.

Open to students with a strong passion for the arts, the Jingdezhen Art Camp requires completion of at least one foundational studio art course and one advanced art class. These prerequisites ensure participants are ready to engage fully in this advanced, hands-on learning experience.

Join us for this transformative journey that blends artistic exploration, cultural immersion, and global connection—an experience that embodies EdCo’s Student Immersive Trips mission: to empower students to learn, lead, and engage through real-world experiences that cultivate empathy, civic responsibility, and global awareness.
